Five Week Pole Series

If you have been wanting to try pole dancing as a fitness practice, this is the perfect place to start. You will learn all the foundations, including: four basic grips, beginner spins, strengthening exercises, floor work, and climbing techniques. The five week series will culminate in a holiday themed choreographed pole flow.

Recommendations: Do not apply lotion before class. Leave your jewelry at home. Wear workout shorts and a comfortable top. Knee pads optional.
